Estonian Competition Authority authorised the concentration of AS Ekspress Grupp and Eesti Päevalehe AS 06.09

Pursuant to the precept 5.1-5/11-010 by the Estonian Competition Authority on 16 May 2011, AS Ekspress Grupp submitted concentration notification regarding acquisition of dominant influence on Eesti Päevalehe AS on 1 July 2011. Guided by § 27 (1)1) of the Competition Law, on 2. September 2011 the Estonian Competition Authority authorised the concentration of AS Ekspress Grupp and Eesti Päevalehe AS.
