Harju County Court satisfied the action against AS Eesti Ajalehed and AS Delfi in the amount of EUR 60 000 08.06

to the court judgment of 7 June 2011, Harju
County Court satisfied AS Sanoma Baltics’ action against AS Eesti Ajalehed and
AS Delfi in a court case concerning infringement of the copyright of the car
portal www.auto.24.ee by the car sales ad portal www.ekspressauto.ee.
The action of the portal www.ekspressauto.ee was based on the agreement with car sellers, whose ads were published on www.auto24.ee. The court ordered AS Eesti Ajalehed and AS Delfi severally to pay compensatory damages in the total amount of EUR 60 000. AS Eesti Ajalehed and AS Delfi will decide on a potential appeal of the court judgment during the 30 days prescribed by law.
