The Management Board has to act in the most economically purposeful manner, taking into consideration the best interests of all shareholders and ensures the company\u2019s sustainable development in accordance with set objectives and strategy. To ensure that the company\u2019s interests are met in the best way possible, the Management and Supervisory Boards shall extensively collaborate. The members of the Management Board are elected for a period of up to 5 years. According to the articles, the board has one to five members.
